Your First Raid at a Glance
Prepare your weapons and gear, select the Investigations you want to pursue, and let the other contracts be selected automatically. Deploy, complete objectives, search for Active Matter and valuable loot, gather intel, and extract to return to safety.
Expect monsters, entities, anomalous objects, and aggressive zone dwellers. Learn the rules of anomalies and survive their effects; in PvPvE and PvP clashes, other operatives also fight over Active Matter and valuable loot.
If your operative dies, all gear and weapons remain on the body except the weapon held in hand, so an unsuccessful extraction puts carried equipment at risk.
From Loadout to Extraction
- Equip weapons and gear for the raid. Customize your weapons, deploy drones, or take control of vehicles as part of your approach.
- Choose any Investigations you want to pursue during preparation; the other contracts are selected automatically.
- Deploy with your prepared loadout, updated medicine, and restocked pouches, then act decisively once the raid begins.
- Complete objectives while searching the unstable zone for valuable Active Matter, loot, and intel.
- Watch for monsters, strange entities, anomalous objects, and attacks from unexpected angles; learn their rules and survive their effects.
- Be ready to fight other operatives as well as monsters during PvPvE and PvP clashes over Active Matter and loot.
- Move to extraction after securing loot and intel, then return to safety with what you carried out.
- If you die before extraction, all gear and weapons except the weapon held in hand remain on your operative's body.
